I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I am passionate about helping children, teenagers, and adults develop confidence, live with purpose, work through their fears and anxieties, and feel more connected. I love to help individuals who are challenged with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and communication issues, or low self-esteem. My greatest joy is supporting people in developing skills to navigate through life’s challenges. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in effective, proven techniques for helping people struggling with complicated emotions.

I utilize multiple treatment strategies and trauma-informed approaches when partnering with you. Drawing from therapeutic approaches such cognitive therapy (CBT), solution focused techniques, and trauma healing methods, I provide personalized plans to address your specific needs.

Regardless of how difficult things seem in the moment, I can help you move forward, with compassion and empathy. As a team we can navigate how to reach your therapeutic goals. In a free consultation call we can discover if I am a good fit for you.
